Care was completely unorganised with total lack of coordinated communication.
Although some staff were friendly and empathic.
Many of the night staff were very rude to me as a transgendered woman particularly one.
Who called herself what she told me when I asked.
Total conflicting information always given.

This ward is exemplary with the care provided by the nursing staff and doctors involved. The expertise seen in ACU for exceeds other ward experience, with the exception of course of the HDU and ICU.
